Due to public request weve searched the archives for all the early Antichrisis stuff that just hardly or even never saw the light of the day. Though the following songs were released in 1995 on the first official Antichrisis-demo "Missa Depositum Custodi, they were never available to a greater audience as this demo was limited to an edition of 500 copies and was never re-released since then.
Looking back from today, this early material does sound pretty gloomy and sinister and isnt at all representative for the present state of our muscial development, but, well: this is how it all started! And dont forget: Its just demo-stuff, not some super-modern HiFi-state-of-the-art-stereophonic-suround-production: Some of these tracks were recorded on an no longer existing 4-track-tape-recorder in Sid's bedroom...
As for those of you who crave for some more stuff of our recent pre-production: Well continue to release more new tracks within the next months, but for now we'll start with 4 tracks that were to be found on side one of "Missa Depositum Custodi" (remember that we're talking about the pre-CD-era, when tapes and records still had two sides) - Side B will follow January 19th.

Prologue: As Darkness falls (taken from "Missa Depositum Custodi")
Recorded in January 1995, this was the first track featuring Willowcat on Vocals. At this time, Antichrisis was just a one-man-project, and this song was the first one ever to be recorded under the monicker of "Antichrisis. Lyrics are not too diversified, but then they serve their purpose and add a very special flavour to this quite eerie tune. Blimey, I was a pretty evil vocalist then...
Whales (taken from "Missa Depositum Custodi")
Recorded in March 1995, this track was later to be called Baleias and appeared on every Antichrisis-album so far in different versions, hence it is regarded as some kind of Antichrisis-shibboleth. This is the very first version of the song, and it was called Whales because it includes sounds of the hunchback-whales in the instrumental-part. As it's a quite longish track, it got straightened a bit for the album-version that was later to appear on Cantara Anachoreta.
The Endless Dance (taken from "Missa Depositum Custodi")
Recorded in April 1995, "The Endless Dance became one of the most popular Antichrisis-songs, although its a rather tricky tune with lots of different parts that somehow fit together seamlessly. Programming the drum-computer for this song alone took me two weeks, and the machine itself is nowadays on display in the museum of prehistoric music in Stoke Newington.
Requiem ex Sidhé (taken from "Missa Depositum Custodi")
Recorded in February 1995, this is - apart from "The Farewell" - one of the saddest love songs I've ever written: "Sidhé" is gaelic and means "Otherworld", and the spooky guitar lines at the end of the track actually transmit this kind of "from the other side"-feeling.
