Due to public request I've searched the archives for early Antichrisis stuff that just hardly or even never saw the light of the day. The following songs are previously unreleased and even I seem to have forgotten about them.
There are no female vocals to be found as I recorded them just on my own as blueprints for future Antichrisis-tracks, but they never made it on any official release.
Looking back from today, this early material does sound pretty gloomy and sinister and isn't at all representative for the present state of Antichrisis' muscial development, but well: This is how it all started! And don't forget: It's just demo-stuff, not some super-modern HiFi-state-of-the-art-stereophonic-suround-production: Some of these tracks were recorded on a no longer existing 4-track-tape-recorder or even worse equipment!
Welcome to part three of the comprehensive Antichrisis retrospective - We hope you enjoy it!

Maramour (Previously unreleased)
In the summer of 1995 I worked on the drum-programming of the forthcoming Album of "Under Black Clouds": The drummer had left the band just a few days before they were going to record their debut album "As Darkness Falls" in Sweden, and Chistoph Dobberstein, head of "Under Black Clouds" and also chairman of Ars Metalli Records, asked me to do the programming because a substitute drummer was out of reach. So I spent 2 weeks in Christoph's quite remote flat at the lakeside, working on the drum tracks and only talking to fish and mosquitos. If I needed to relax a little bit, I went for a swim or maltreated Christophs's old and pulpy Roland-Keyboard. "Maramour" is a little instrumental that came into being that way, and if you listen closely you may hear the sound of jumping fish and pretty undesirable mosquitos in the background! Nevertheless, "Maramour" was supposed to be a love song.
Foiblé Esprit (Previously unreleased)
Although I never got the hang of liking the frogs too much (which seems to be quite typical for a true blue would-be-Brit!), I do like the sound of the french language on certain occassions. The lyrics were "borrowed" from Renaissance composer Orlande de Lassus (I could never come up with proper french lyrics on my own!), and it was the first time I used the Bodhràn in a song. By the way: "Foiblé Esprit" was written and recorded in summer 1996.
La Mér (Previously unreleased)
In Winter 1995 I was browsing through the pages of the new "We'moon"-Calendar (highly recommendable if you ever should get hold of it!) and found two poems that really touched my heart: One dealing with the more spiritual aspects of Samhain, the other being a wonderful ode to a lover, and in my mind both poems merged soon into this very track. Don't know why I never re-recorded it properly, as I still think it would have made a great contribution to "Cantara Anachoreta", but then you never know with confused artists like me...
